On May 18-20, 2022, the XIX International Conference “Refractory Materials: Manufacturing, Test Methods, Application” organized by Łukasiewicz-ICIMB Refractory Materials Department, co-organized by SPMO, took place in Wisła. It was attended by 175 representatives of industry, universities and research units from Polish, Austria, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Slovakia, Switzerland and Sweden. 32 papers were presented in 6 thematic sessions and 9 posters were presented in poster sesion.
As in previous years, the conference was a place to establish contacts and strengthen cooperation as part of backstage talks. This was facilitated by an exciting bowling tournament.
